We are a factory.
- Are the samples free? If the samples are without customized logo, it is free, but you need to pay the international Express cost. If the samples are with customized logo, there will be samples fee. But it will be returned once there is an order. In this case, you still need to pay the international express cost.
- How long can I expect to get the samples? It is up to the designs, usually we need around 1-3 weeks.
- What is the lead time for mass production? It takes 30-60 days.
- Can you do OEM or ODM? Yes, we can do both?
- What is your MOQ? Usually 2000 pairs per style.
- How to control the products quality? We do have IQC, IPQC, QC and OQC.
- Do you do FOB China port or CIF? We can do both at any port.
- What is your payment terms? For the first order, T/T 30% deposit after your approval of PP samples and before mass production, T/T the balance upon receipt of copies of shipping documents. For repeat orders, better terms could be figured out with negotiation.
- Do you ship on time? We ship on the agreed date with buyers. If there is a case of delay, we will inform buyers ahead.
